Kickoff meeting (Online)
During the kick-off, the partners had the chance to meet each other and present their organization/institution/company. Furthermore, during the kick-off, meeting partners had the opportunity to get all the information needed for the project to be able once they return to their country to start implementing their activities. The project coordinator (PC) also presented in detail the main events, the time-framework, the financials and the responsibilities of each partner.
Main task of the meeting was the development of IO1 – preparation of the surveys, gap analysis and educational program content development.
Learning, Teaching, Training Activities (Hamrun, Malta)
As Learning, Teaching, Training Activities we planned to organize the Training for Trainers (ToT) for youth workers and youth leaders based on the Mindset Education programme developed as IO1 and IO2. The ToT consisted of 5 working days + 2 travel days and took place in Malta. It involved 18 participants in total (2 pax per country).
This mobility gave the consortium the opportunity to test the developed Intellectual outcomes IO1 and IO2: Mindset Educational programme and Mindset Training Programme and It trained 18 international youth workers and youth leaders to take an active role in prevention of cyberbullying based on the Mindset Educational Programme.
Transnational meeting (Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina)
The consortium had the opportunity to meet after the development of training programmes, and before the implementation into the youth centres – the pilot implementation. This was a chance to do final arrangements for the testing period and gathering of the feedback.
Final meeting (Aydın, Turkey)
During the meeting, the partners had the opportunity to discuss the sustainability, exploitation of the project and feedback from the pilot testing, use of the product in their organization and plans for the following years.
The final dissemination event will be organized right after the end of the meeting; thus, the partners of the consortium will be able to attend the event and share their experiences with the general public.
